Reporting suspected fraud to ANPHA

If you have knowledge of any activity that might constitute suspected fraud against ANPHA or its programs you are encouraged to report this information. You can report any suspected fraud by:

What Information should I provide?

You are free to make an anonymous report, however the more information and specific details you can provide about your allegation the easier it will be for us to investigate. You are encouraged to provide the following:

• Who is involved? Include as much detail as you can such as the name of the person or organisation, addresses and phone numbers.
• What fraud do you think has occurred? Including how, when and where it occurred.
• Your contact details.

Personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988. Any personal information collected from you when you contact us, will only be used for purposes connected to the investigation of your allegations, including contacting you if further information is required.

ANPHA will keep your identity confidential and will not disclose your personal information without your consent, unless authorised or required by law.
